day one hundred eight - one hundred thirteen

108: crafting; I made a jewelry holder out of a branch and nails. and did you know dye made from avocado skins turns things pink?
109: sometimes you have to pretend you're French and make macarons.
110: nada.
111: Reading Mere Christianity and came across an awesome quote, here's the first part: "If I find in myself a desire which no experience in this world can satisfy, the most probable explanation is that I was made for another world." Wham.
112: Dinner out at a vineyard with my parents and grandparents for my dad's birthday.
113: Inspired by a silly photo a friend took of me forever ago. (The one of my hair)

Happy Spring!

day one hundred - one hundred seven

100: Two hundred sixty five days to go! I can't believe it's been one hundred days. It feels both like this project has lasted
f o r e v e r, and at the same time, like I just started it. Taking photos of my everyday life is something that I hope I never stop doing, it's been so enjoyable.

101: I went shopping and realized I have a weakness for all things stripe-y.

102: Enjoying the spring weather; windows opened.

103: A just-for-fun trip to Ikea with mom.

104: Stay at home day.

105: Wesley's "Operation: Save Ron Swanson (2.0)" face. My kitty got stuck in a tree again, for four days! She is safely on the ground now, thanks to a neighbor climbing up a ladder to get her. :)

106: Celebrating John's 21st birthday. Bonfire and guitar and singing included.

107: Spending time with great friends and pretty horses.

day ninety four - ninety nine

I'm struggling with coming up with whole blog posts each day, so this little project is switching from daily posts to weekly posts. I'm still taking photos daily, but just updating the blog once a week. :)

94: Quiet morning in the kitchen
95: Caroline plays a tune
96: Teeniest American Apparel package with cardigans and onesies for baby Bennett
97: I made a maxi skirt (here's how)
98: Night time tea. I like to drink from this mug because it makes me go "Hey, remember that time you got to go to New York City with some of your best friends? Seriously, who gets to do that? You're lucky."
99: A baby shower for Heather and Bennett. Lots of love and adorable things for the little mister.

Hope you all had a wonderful week.

day ninety - ninety two

ninety - To be honest, zero photos were taken this day. Whoops! A couple has asked me to make cupcakes for their wedding, and the day was mostly spent getting ready for a cake tasting for them. I'm so glad I have had so many opportunities to not only learn and grow in the things that I enjoy, but also experience them as jobs. This is majorly helping me decide what career to choose. I'm learning that there are some things that I love as hobbies, but not as jobs. It's awesome that I'm learning this now.

ninety one - Today a letter came for me in the mail. It was addressed to me, from me. I had written this in the third grade and completely forgotten about it. Mostly I wrote about who my friends were, our class pets, and my favorite field trips. My favorite is where I said "We have to write everything in Cursive." with the word "cursive" in cursive, for creative emphasis of course. Because I was just that great of a third grader. Getting this letter was a total surprise. It made me laugh and it made me feel weird and grown up. At the same time, I will probably look back at this blog in a few years and see it the same way I see this letter today.

ninety two - This evening I got to spend some time with little Eleanor! She is so very sweet and smiley. Her parents brought her home a mustache from the birthday party they went to. hilarious.
