Happy Valentine's Day to all you lovelies.

Caroline and I made pink cookies together. Her favorite part is turning on the mixer, with cutting out the "hawt" shapes as a close second.

Caroline tells a story about Ron the cat...

"Rawn."

"Uh huh. Rawn hiide."

"Did Ron hide?"

"Uh [pause] huh."

Sometimes it's a good day to avoid schoolwork and bake a cake instead. 

It has been rainy and gloomy outside since this morning, and this little pink cake brightened up the day just right. A big thank you to Valentine's for giving me an excuse to make cute things, not that I need an excuse for that :)

Today I made homemade mint chocolate chip frozen yogurt in our wonderful new ice cream maker, then spent the evening with my adorable neighbors making Valentine's crafts and homemade pizza.

I bought a camera remote. Makes photo taking much more fun :)
